BOSS stands for Building On Spiritual Substance

BOSS is a proven 25 year old highly effective bible based leadership and entrepreneur success-training program for children 6 to 21.

The Boss training teaches children and youth the biblical how-tos of birthing their God-given dreams visions and ideas into reality.

The Boss Curriculum and classroom environment is designed to cause change in the behavior of the student as it relates to discipline, risk taking, personal development and leadership.

The Key Features of Program:

• Classes are conducted for 2 hours once a week.
• Classes are conducted for 20 weeks for churches and 32 weeks for schools.
• Students learn the 10 Boss Pledges, which are biblical foundational principles that are key to life and this course of instruction. These pledges emphasize the need for God to achieve our purpose in life.
• Students learn one pledge every 2 weeks, The pledges are memorized and recited every class, so that the spoken word go deeply into their inner man and become a command for personal change.
• During class, interactive teachings are used to build students self-esteem and show them how to be young kingdom entrepreneurs.
• Students practice presentation skills during the first 10 weeks of class.
• The second 10 weeks of class they learn to use their presentation skills to introduce products they will sell to earn income.
• Students must pass a written and oral exam on final week of class.
• A graduation ceremony is held to showcase what students have

The Children and youth will gain the following characteristics:

The two-hour class is divided into three unique classes

MOTIVATION CLASS

How to change negative thinking and behavior habits into positive ones. Replacing negative self-image with faith and the I-can image of Christ. Students are taught to be God confident, how to really operate in the principal of “I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me”.

POISE AND LEADERSHIP CLASS

How to change negative habits by replacing them with positive ones. Overcoming fear and failure. How to use identification, confession and repetition in a peer-support

Environment to master these skills.

BUSINESS CLASS

Teach students to use their interpersonal skills in the “Real World”. Students are taught the actual skills of becoming an entrepreneur.
