B.O.S.S Jamaica Regional Directors

The Regional Directors for Boss Jamaica are Fred and Regna McClurkin. Fred is a retired pilot from Rock Hill SC who flew in the US Marine Corp and later for Flying Tigers and FedEx Airlines. Regna is a former Flight Attendant and Interior Designer from Mandeville Jamaica. Fred and Regna were married in 1986 and were called to move to Jamaica in 1992. God placed them in Jamaica to be a resource center for churches and Ministries throughout the Island. They are both ordained ministers with a passion for youth development and transformation. In 1995 God spoke prophetically that He would use them to birth a Center of healing for the nation of Jamaica and the world. They returned to the US in1999 and served as a resource connection between Churches in the US and Jamaica.

While Visiting the Isle of Patmos where John wrote the book of Revelation, it was placed in Regna’s spirit to have a 24/7/365 sanctuary of Worship unto the Lord Jesus. Regna was shown a clear vision of a garden with waterfalls from which a number of Centers for healing would flow. God revealed the magnitude of the work and said that He had already put the people and programs in place.
He told them that they were to help to connect and empower people he had already placed in Jamaica and around the world to do his work.

God directed them to the Boss the movement program. This program lines up with and exceeds the Youth Development Program needed for Jamaica. The founder’s Al and Hattie Hollingsworth are true reflections of Christ. They are people of integrity who passionately invest their own time and finances to birthing the kingdom of God. Boss is not only a 23 year old proven program, but it is family. This program works for functional and dysfunctional kids, transforming communities and countries around the world.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Nicole Dennis-Lawrence. I am a three percent red hot leader and God has called me to a purpose. I am a student teacher in training at Church Teachers College in Mandeville. I am going into my second year in training in that field. My permanent home is in Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica.

I have been working with BOSS Jamaica as a head trainer for less than a year. It has been a journey of a lifetime. The Lord has been teaching me much, and together, I am learning along with others as we go through the principles of the BOSS-the-Movement. I have seen God use this ministry to positively transform the lives of people over and over again. I consider it a privilege to be a part of this wonderful move of God in Jamaica, and I look forward to doing whatever I can to advance this kingdom agenda to the best of my ability.

Hailing from the parish of St. Catherine Jamaica, Master Trainer Rosalee Atkinson grew up an ardent  believer in service to God and humanity. Being connected to the ministry for over 2 years, Rosalee has grown tremendously in the capacity of Kingston Coordinator and technology support for Boss Jamaica. She also works as part of the international executive team; for Boss the Movement, in support  to Mrs. Duana Malone,   Minister of Multimedia, Marketing, and Technology.
